Purpose and Method of Data Sharing:

To facilitate the viewing of apartments that are currently occupied, we require your consent to share your contact information (name, phone number, and email address) with the apartment's current tenants. This allows for direct communication and coordination of viewing times that respect both parties' schedules. Our team may also use your information to assist in arranging these viewings and to ensure a smooth process.


During every visit of websites information about IP address, referring URL, date/time, browser version and operating system is stored in the webservers log files due to technical reasons.

Further, so-called cookies may partially be stored temporary on your local computer. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. In addition, MailChimp may use this data to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to optimize the dispatch and the presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes, to determine from which countries the recipient. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to address them personally or to pass on a third party. We trust in the reliability as well as the IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the EU Privacy Shield 'Privacy Shield' and is committed to comply with EU data protection requirements. We also concluded a 'Data Processing Agreement' with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp is committed to protect the data of our users, to process corresponding data protection regulations on our behalf and not to pass on a third party. If user leave comments or other contributions on the website, the IP addresses are saved. This occurs to our security, for instance in cases if someone writes in comments and contributions illegal contents (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.). Use of GoSign / Authada platform for signing of rental contracts with Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)

As part of the provision of the Service by using the GoSign platform, AUTHADA shall, on behalf of the Customer, process personal data – including biometric data, in the event of activation of the service of the GoSign Terms and Conditions – included in the documents handled through the GoSign platform and which is necessary for the signature of such documents.

In particular and for the sole purposes of the signature of such documents, AUTHADA as well as InfoCert shall implement the following processing operations by means of electronic devices: collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, retrieval, use, erasure.

With regard to biometric data, the following processing operations shall be performed through electronic devices: collection and recording.

AUTHADA, as Data Processor, uses InfoCert S.p.A. as well as Amazon Web Services, Inc.,

as Sub-Processor for the provisioning of the Service and the data cloud storage services. The Processor informs the Controller that the cloud data storage at Amazon Web Services, Inc. is carried out on servers located within the E.U.
