Urban Ground will prioritise any incoming requests to find new homes swiftly and successfully. The rental contract will be concluded between Urban Ground and your hire directly without any of your involvement.
Companies can also rent homes directly from Urban Ground. We have many modern, spacious flats available across Berlin. All are perfectly suited for short-term stays of your colleagues or business partners. Preferential rates as well as additional services – such as housekeeping, Internet and personalised furniture – are available
