Steglitz-Zehlendorf is south-western district of Berlin, formed by merging Steglitz and Zehlendorf and comprises of Wannsee, Nikolassee, Zehlendorf, Dahlem, Lichterfelde, Steglitz and Lankwitz. It has the biggest university in Berlin besides lot of lakes and forests. Steglitz has the major shopping street of Schlossstraße, with its malls, specialized stores and large and small outlets.
Steglitz is served by the S-Bahn line S1 (at Feuerbachstraße and Rathaus Steglitz), S25 (at Südende) and U-Bahn line U9 (at Walther-Schreiber-Platz, Schloßstraße and Rathaus Steglitz). Zehlendorf is served by the S-Bahn lines (S1S7) and U-Bahn line U3. The Bundesstraße 1 federal highway runs through the district and also has access to the A115.
Steglitz-Zehlendorf has mix of Sophisticated country houses, villa districts, multi-storey buildings and cooperative housing estates. This distrct is known for Culture, nature, urbanity and a high quality of life. The average offer prices in the existing units is ~3,500 €/m2

Steglitz’s reputation is really good thanks to the many parks, greened areas but also excellent schools.
